The AeroPress coffee maker is a new kind of coffee press that brews coffee under ideal conditions: proper temperature, total immersion and rapid filtering. This results in amazingly delicious coffee with a wide range of beautiful flavours, but with very low acidity.

• Peruvian (250g)

This delightful single origin coffee is 100% Arabica, is naturally farmed & processed in the Peruvian Andes without the use of chemicals and pesticides. A round and smooth cup, as has become recognisable with Peruvian beans. It is full bodied, with balanced acidity, notes of nutty toffee and citrus fruits. Papua New Guinea (250g)

A favourite of Coffee Bay master roaster Jason. 100% Arabica, a great all-rounder as an espresso or filter. A clean and bright roast with the complex fruit flavours of cherry and aromas of jasmine, all supported by a vanilla ice cream body.

• Mocha Italian (250g)

A classic and timeless roast. An all Arabica blend of Indian Mysore, Ethiopian Mocha and Central American coffees. The Mocha Italian is a deep medium roast that offers a mild yet rich taste. The unique qualities of each coffee combine well to deliver an abundance of flavour with a lasting finish.

• Café Crème (250g)

Coffee Bay’s Signature Espresso blend, great on its own or as a milky coffee. A 100% Arabica blend of Monsoon Malabar, Mysore, Mocha of Ethiopia & Santos. A rich & full bodied blend with dark chocolate, berry notes, hints of caramel & a ripe plum finish.

• Italia Crème (250g)

This is one of our most popular blends in cafés. Typically Italian in style, produces a terrific crema when made as an espresso, cuts through milk beautifully, so great if served as a cappuccino, latte or flat white. A blend of 90% Arabica to 10% Robusta beans, from Brazil, Ethiopia, and India. An intense, robust & bold coffee with great body, chocolate, honey and almond tones.
