Blended primarily from Brazilian Bruzzi beans, a bean known for its sweet, smooth and rich profile ideal for an espresso drink. We roast this bean with a splash of Ethiopian Sidamo for good measure. The Bruzzi brings a strong chocolate and bitter-sweet smoky backdrop whilst the Sidamo intertwines with a citrus floral balance that results in a smooth, balanced and subtle drink with a delightfully light crema.
